It is 2032, and nearly a year since the world was wiped clean of the stain of humanity. You are a wretch - a contorted, panicked creature of chaos, once tortured and shunned by humanity, trying to find some meaning in your meagre, pained existence.

Use a biro or charcoal to draw the essence of your character and keep it handy, as this will change over time and you must edit your essence, will you attempt to cover the mistakes of your past or wear them with pride?

Roll and write your adventure based on these changes and scenarios. At the end of the game, you will have created a true wretch, grown and developed alongside its tribulations and formed by its experiences in the post-human world. In a lawless state of nature, your goals are yours to decide. No outcome is preferable over another but if you make wretched decisions, you will surely become more wretched.
